American's elite Delta Force fastropes onto the roof of a Johannesburg, hi rise, overcomes a horde of Afrikaner extremists (AFA) and rescue an important ANC goverment official. Meanwhile, an AFA team storm a virus research lab in Mozambigue and make off with a vial deadly Ebola virus and a newly created antiserum. Delta is activated to retrieve the vials.
